The FIRE collaboration funded by Commission 5 of the National Institute of Nuclear Physics has published the paper entitled “Flexible fully organic indirect detector for megaelectronvolts proton beams” in the journal nature section npj flexible electronics.

This important result was achieved thanks to the collaboration between CNR, INFN, and the universities of Bologna “Alma Mater”, Trento and Napoli “Federico II”.
The RomaTre INFN division together with the Legnaro National Laboratories and the CNR IMM of Tor Vergata were responsible for sensor construction and characterization.
